Welcome to M-Portfolio: Mansoura - Portfolio Management System Wiki. I hope you will enjoy your stay with us around here. This project started on 2/7/2008 with the objective of providing an effective graduation project experience to 4th year students in Faculty of Computers and Information Sciences in Mansoura University.

The idea started in year 2007 when Information Systems Department thought about presenting an integrated framework to track all student activities within the department. The idea is to present an online portfolio (easy to use) for students to give them the chance to express themselves freely and thus enhancing the learning process will be a result. Besides, building an inhouse portfolio will unleash many advantages to students because so, integration of portfolio with Learning Management System will be applicable.

Objectives of M-Portfolio include; not only:

Present First M-Portfolio
Introduce the portfolio concept to Information Systems Department Students
Integrating LMS & LCMS with M-Portfolio
Presenting adaptive and intelligent features to Portfolios
Introducing collaboratvie features between students via portfolios
This wiki tends to be an online documentation of M-AMS hopefully we will be able to overcome the shortages presented before.
